The user in the gym has an electronic key with the plan of exercises to do. The key, inserted in the machine, provides automatically effort, weight, time and the esteem of the calories burned.

Special panels allow to review the videos for the explanation of the exercises and the screens of the machines allow to display the parameters of the effort with a video to watch all TV channels with headphone listening.
